What is the Ziyara Imam Hassan?
Imam Hassan Day is the annual commemoration of the life of Imam Hassan Cisse in South Africa.
The annual Ziyara aims to:
- To revive Shaykh Hassan’s legacy of Islam in South Africa.
- To strengthen our action and love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ .
- To create movement in our hearts and our bodies in befriending brothers and sisters and introducing them to good character, the example of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
- To establish a strong foundation in the hearts of people for love of knowledge and action.
- To establish mosques with madrasah facilities in areas, which Islamic communities does not know about or reach.
